Plums, cherries full broadside. But the dalmunach peach really comes through, really impressive. I think the distillate can be filled into almost all barrels :-) malt, sweet jam, honey, candied light fruits. No alcohol despite 1920s blenders g. Noticeable, wow (or already touched too much :-)
With water .. more oranges and chocolate
Tension rises .. Churches and again plums and yes also the dalmunach character comes through fully, respect. Peach, malt, some coffee and cocoa. There are also a few spices. Here a tiny bit of the young flashes through. Amazingly, despite the color, it's not over-desired, really good. Color is not everything ... try it with water ... but it works without any problems ...
With water .. It gets a bit tart .. More coffee and cocoa, but also the peach gets through more and pepper, ...
But also the young .. Mhhh honestly find it better pure.
Remains fruity and malty. And it stays a little peppery
