Whisky reviews for Laphroaig 2001 WCh

One user has left a review for this whisky. Average rating is 86.33 points.

  1. SilentStill scored this whisky 86 points Expert Senior

Young Laphroaig are often worth a temptation. This has its raison d'être, but even two or more years would have been interesting.
    • Nose
Young, strong and snappy in the nose. Beautiful vanilla aromas, but also mint, a bit of hay and a good dose of dry earth can be heard.
    • Taste
On the palate damn strong and slightly alcoholic. Medium smoky notes, detached from tart, floral notes. Verd
    • Finish
Long finish with reverberating earthy-smokey aromas. But here, too, quite alcoholic
