- A stylish bourbon bottle
with various flavors and aromas as you have never experienced before, Blanton's
Original is a true highlight in its class
Delicate aromas of grain, spices and citrus fruits like oranges with hints of caramel and vanilla
A full and creamy taste of raisins and vanilla notes include caramel, ripe fruit and flowers. Touch of spice
Beautiful balanced aftertaste of vanilla, honey and citrus
- Nose Lot of vanilla and oak
Palate so much vanilla , sweet honey and a bit of spicy
Final relatively short for a bourbon
So good for after dinner
Vanilla, honey, butter biscuits, raisins and dried cherries.
Sweet, caramel, corn, biscuits, some spiciness, oak.
Pretty long, warm, sweet, buttery.
- Blanton's Mignonnette Original B13067093YN 46.5%
Not much surprise: the recipe is proven.
A playful, rather chemical nose: lemon, vanilla, sweet at the limit of caramel (do not forget about the fire) and clearly solvent or stain remover (we could almost identify the brand: K2R?)
Rather alcoholic, the mouth is counterbalanced by a creamy side, quite a heavy mixture of molasses, vanilla and lemon. Wood in the finish recalls the barrel, anyway.
Long enough: 3 to 4 seconds. Sugar.
- The bourbon country is like the 2013 weather, there is no need to open its window to know what to expect.
Welcome to bourbon country, where the woody fields invaded by vanilla shine through layers of nail polish.
In this wonderful world, green woods and pods rub shoulders to form a very sweet whole.
As everywhere in the country of Bourbon, nothing changes. Wood and vanilla are in harmony and nobody will disturb them.
