- Nose: bacon frazzles, singed hair and engine oil
Palate: charred lychees, pineapple buns and pasteis de natas
Finish: tomato snaps, coconut ash and vanilla bean
Nose: baking chocolate that cuaght in the oven, milo straight out of the tin, talcum powder
Palate: smoked mussels, lichen and seawater
Finish: tablesalt and club soda

- 1 recharred hogshead & 2 refill bourbon made for the export market.
The DNA is present, but dialled down slightly - smooth.
You can smell it as soon as you pour it - ash notes.
Very smooth - almost watery mouthfeel. Meaty, slightly understated.
Lingers for a long time.
