Nose: Fruity, pear, hint of mint, eucalyptus, canned pineapple, a chemical fruit-toffee note. Liquorish and more tropical fruit. Butterscotch (zeeuwse roomboter babbelaars for those who are Dutch)
Taste: Sweet (rum like), toffee, canned tropical fruit, sugar. a bit of an alcohol bite. Touch of sweet and sour and a hint of bitterness after a few seconds. And some butterscotch had the overall taste.
Body: not much, just a bit oily.
Finish: short. Some sweetness, hint of wood and some toffee.
Price: Not too bad.
Pesentation: a bit overrated for this quality.
Comments: I think it isn't as bad as written over here. I had the 700ml version for european market. I think it is just a bit too sugar-sweet. When you add a little water it transforms to the better.
The first time i´ve tasted this one i wasn´t blewn away but thought it was okay. Since the bottle was open it became worse and worse... Tried it several times and i just had to throw away the last dram, i couldn´t stand it anymore, even thought it is not my principle to waste food or even worse; alcohol. I think the cardboard packaging with the small imitation-silk inlay tastes better...
