Oh that’s a nice nose. Very fruity with loads of sweet fruits and some mildly sour ones. Sweet apples, peach, lime and fresh oak. The peat is there but it’s very complimentary and at the background. I wouldn’t say this is just 10yo, considering the nose. The peat gives ashes, like in ash trays and smoked (warm) red apples. I wouldn’t recommend adding to much water. The nose tends to implode a bit because of it.

Subtle, sweet and again fruity. It appears to be accessible but in a good way. Rather smooth with flavors like in sawdust/wood shavings. Smoked fruits mainly. Water releases more orange fruits like orange and tangerines. Also the peach comes back again. It adds honey as well. Again the peat is complimenting, not taking over.

Medium length. Smoked ham, smoked apple, smoked pear. In the finish the smoke/peat really takes over. It’s like a blanket of ashes is laying over it. I tend to like it!
This finally is a well deserving whisky in the second batch of this WIN art collection. This is something I could recommend buying. It’s not overly complex or with a lot of depth but it offers quite a bit of pleasure.
