    • Nose
Easy, surprisingly little sherry. Bright fruits and grasses.
    • Taste
Light with light fruits and spices.

  2. Mannheimer scored this whisky 84 points Expert Junior

Nose very pleasant and seducing, in the taste of the Sehrry is something of the sweet malt and spicy oak covered.
Overall very nice malt, away from the "tourist hype".
    • Nose
Very aromatic, lots of sherry, dry fruits (raisins and dates), then spices, oranges, vanilla in the background.
Fairly dry nose, the sherry aroma is elegant and not dominant. After opening, you get a hint of banana.
    • Taste
Spicy with wood notes and sweet malt.
Floral notes combine with sherry and light vanilla.
    • Finish
Slightly peppery, again elegant sherry and spices.

    N-
Unique and peculiarly complex, the finishes does infuse some goodies
into the final expression. Waves of orange, follow by softer grapefruits
and white raisin on a rustic notes. Lightly earthy and nutty.

P- Spicy and dry with orange peel tartness. Fine balance of fruits and wood and weighty.

F- Long, spicy coating with gentle fruits with and peels. — at The Whisky Bar, Kuala Lumpur.

Totally enjoyable drink, but no miracle is not.
    • Nose
A full, rounded scent with gently pervasive spiciness - dates, crackers, varnished wood, sherry, apricot jam and malt.
    • Taste
Butter taste, but with spiciness. It feels sherry, dark fruit, butter biscuits.
    • Finish
Dozvuk is medium-long, but not as distinct from taste - sweet with a slight bite of sherry and mint.

The color is strikingly bright, quite unusual for a sherry cask. The aroma is initially very fresh, almost young and sparkling. Only gradually the oak comes out, paired with a little spice. Now add a touch of vanilla, it gets better. No, not sweet, as expected from a sherry, but strong-spicy. I do not smell anything of the sherry, maybe a small raisin. A first sip drives my saliva into my mouth - and violently. Very strong, it has a fruity taste. I notice my dark chocolate, spices, cloves and a little more intense now the vanilla. A good ex-bourbon, who gets more bourbon than sherry.

Again such an undervalued horse from the Glencadam stable. Too bad, too bad, this whisky definitely deserves more fame. Taste is delicious fruit, a little pepper. party in the mouth. Especially the red fathers are fully discussed, sherry tones are also very popular.

The whisky could be pictorially described as "pretty" :)
    • Nose
Fruity, fresh, slightly spicy nose, light sherry and some oak .. Interacting but not at all "intrusive"
    • Taste
Light fruits, light sweetness, some raisins, then spices and one tastes something of the European oak.
    • Finish
Medium-long finish, especially sweetness and a certain degree of spiciness remain in the throat
