Juicy, slightly dark fruit notes and a hint of medium-heavy, spicy sherry aromas. Dark red apple, a fresh hint of grain and some brown sugar. After a while, the fruits become a little fresher and more tangy, the apple tends to be green, and sweet citrus notes are added. Always accompanied by an enigmatic, but rather heavy, spicy note. After a while you will find some honey syrup and caramelized fruits with sweet spices that are reminiscent of a candy stand at the fair (candy apple and stomach bread).
Great fresh, sweet and almost oily fruit notes, plus strong dark caramel and sweet spicy notes. Just as light old sherry notes.
The aromas are really very strongly interwoven, the sweetness with the rather heavy aromas of spice and caramel, in combination with the wood influence, give a complex overall picture. Simply delicious!
Only a few percentage points more alcohol would not have hurt here, but that's a complaint at a high level.
Nice transition with slightly dry notes, tart espresso and tangy-sweet fruits that stay in the background. Very light tart, dry herbal notes also emerge. Flattens out a little too quickly, but doesn't spoil the overall impression.
