Notes from a blind tasting.
Tropical fruits, some cardboard, spring meadow, fresh, fruity, mirabelles, papayas, possibly a trace of smoke, definitely dunnage. Later and with warmth it becomes very caramel, roasted aromas, old bottle flavor, maybe some grass. Very complex.
Intense, delicate acidity paired with strong sweetness, there is clearly oak behind, slightly tart but never unpleasant.
In the finish, sweetness and acidity meet a little menthol, while remaining medium to long.
