Whisky Reviews for Cataibh 10-year-old ChWh

- Cataibh is Gaelic for Sutherland so I assume is a Clynelish.
- On the nose apples, oranges and paraffin, lemon cake and glue, honeyed wax and black pepper. Very waxy and creamy on the palate, with added nougat, honey and orange sponge cake, with the mineral side coming back to the fore on the finish with salt, chalk and a little bit more of that glue (which is strangely sweet and tasty). Very rich and complex.
