Wow. Is it a Ledaig? More than similar profile.
More precisely Ledaig 10 in CS just a little drier. I like Ledaig and those cowshed notes ... then you can only love the Glenturret. Absolute insider tip !!!

Very exciting and above all contradicting whisky, the nose says one thing, the palate the other. Water broadens the horizon. Great thing! - 14.052021

First impression: smoky, musty, greasy. Is that the smell of a cowshed that is in ruins? It also has something sulphurous, matchstick, in the background a perfume note, lavender, the sulfur moves more and more into the foreground

With water, the smoke and sulfur get stronger and fireworks are literally created

Completely different direction, very aromatic and spicy, round and nicely balanced, hardly a trace of alcohol, herbs, what a surprise, black pepper

With water a little milder but still expressive, more in the direction of sulfur and chilli, glowing embers

Long with lots of oak, charred wood, dusty and musty

I had this dram side by side with Ledaig from Wilson&Morgan (50%, bourbon barrel) and they are very similar, peaty, earthy, lots of vanilla.
This Glenturret is a bit more oily and a bit dirtier.
    Well done!
