This whisky was bottled in conjunction with the Instagram @scotch_in_the_city and went to support families of first responders who suffered from COVID. Besides a great cause, the whisky was a fantastic pick from the two lads.
On the nose bits of honey, cinnamon and charred orange peel.
On the palate a peppery, slightly smokey initial offering with a chunk of caramel and honey.
The finish is long, very long with a nice spice and jolt to wake up the senses.
