Syrup from home-canned peaches poured over caramel custard. Could really benefit from a higher abv presentation. Very promising for such a young whisk(e)y. Would like to see a 5-year-old cask strength version!

Update: Air has done some amazing things with this whiskey; it has become fuller in the mouth and developed a Clynelishyness (yes, that is a word), waxiness that I adore. Great improvement. Would still love to see a 5 y/o. Cask strength, or a minimum 46%.
