- Needs time. Give it and enjoy this fantastic whisky.
- A beautiful whisky, charming but not very complex. I am a little disappointed, however, it seemed much better at the Witch.
Very expressive, on a beautiful vanilla fruity, full of fruits with white flesh (pear, nectarine). Some pungent spices (white pepper) or softer spices (nutmeg), however, prevent it from sinking into the trap of excessive sweetness. The water makes them stand out more, also showing pleasant notes of pina colada.
Fresh and fresh attack, fruity and vanilla. The middle of the mouth is much warmer, with a woody speaking on the spices without the fruits being submerged. A bit of exoticism too, with some notes of coconut. With water ?: if it soothes the mid-palate, it also brings out the bitterness. The coconut is more present, as the wood.
Long, it leaves as often on these fruity whiskys perceive a vegetal bitterness (green fruits) absent from the mouth. White chocolate with coconut.
