Purple Plums, Stewed fruit, hint of chocolate and cola, faint smoke, vanilla bean
Palate: 59.9% is a bit high, but it's better than leave it up to the distillery to dilute it for you, sweet, dry, sultanas, ginger, spices
Finish: moderate, drying, again faint smoke likely from barrel char. shorter than expected finish probably again because of alcohol content, but there is a special circle of hell reserved for those who dilute scotch. You can go dilute Canadian whisky all you want tho.
Thoughts: Meow ventures to guess it's European sherry oak cask, not getting much enough vanilla
