Very fresh, balanced.
There is also a bitterness in the mouth, but less pronounced than on the TWA.
We feel a little better "age".
Tasted again on 05/19/2022: fresher on the nose, and more cocoa in the mouth. Still as good.
A very pretty nose that reminds me of some old Tomatins.
We have a nice fruit, with peach, mirabelle plum, orange and a little baked apple. It's on the borderline between fresh fruit and jam.
Light woodiness, with varnish. A little old book.
Marbled chocolate, light caramel, honey.
In the mouth, we start directly with milk chocolate, infused with mint.
It's fresh, with a slight smoke.
Mirabelle plum, lemon, orange, light kiwi.
Honey, wax, varnish, pepper, vanilla.
Slight woody bitterness.
It is successful and balanced.
Long finish on mint chocolate, pepper, orange, lemon, kiwi.
It's comforting, with always a bit of smoke.
Light apple skin.
