Very light, sweet and fruity aroma, younger than 15 years. The barrel has long passed its time. Alcohol, bitterness and then nothing more. Nobody needs it. This is Newmake, but not whisky, miserable! The called price is a joke!
With the first nose, light smoke and stone fruits can be perceived. Later, mirabelle plums and a delicate honey scent are left behind.
The first sip is reminiscent of sour cherry paired with mirabelle plum. A little lemon is added and mixes with a slight ginger heat. After a short time in the glass, the full fruit of the stone fruit remains.
Fruity, dry, medium-long finish. Ginger remains in the mouth, paired with delicate vanilla and citrus fruits.
