An exceptional nose, waxy and minerally, apple drops but almost baked orchard fruits, pears, apples, clementine's and peaches followed by cardboard, chives and sour cream. Actually the nose moves into more a creamy character. The way to describe the palate is the wax coats the palate but for something so waxy its also very light, a very interesting combination in the texture and flavour. Flavour profile on the palate is Fresh juicy red apples with a minerally character accompanying it. Yellow Hay coated in a aromatic honey all rounded by a light tropical fruity note, for me its tinned jackfruit, just Wow!
