To me in a pleasing way, the best Glengoyne I've tasted.
Opinions differ, as another participant and comitted Glengoyne fan at the tasting described it as "completely F'ed up, worst thing ever"
The correct cask description is "American oak sherry hogshead" which makes you wonder about the origin.
Fruity, lively, quite complex.
Again fruity, fresh, vibrant.
Wood spices and dry oloroso.
Oloroso notes hanging in, getting a little too dry.
