Opens a little dusty, the age of the cask doing a lot of the talking. The classic Littlemill fruitiness begins to creep in, a slice of musk melon with the skin still in tact. Papaya milkshake aroma comes to the front. A delicate spice is also lurking from the old oak.
Soft and fruity on arrival, its a delicate sweetness of honeydew melon and papaya. The fruitiness becomes a lighter and grassier through time.
With time the sweetness intensifies.
Long but its on the old oak and malty side. A touch of the sour stuff as well.
