- Young, but with its own character, a drink.
Vanilla, grass, torn branches, yellow cherries.
The taste is honey and spruce, honeycomb, wax.
same, but very hot and sweet.
- Starting with 4 cl... my nose smells fresh juniper berries, Yuzu plucked in summer, juicy vanilla... all in all, very young and playful, somehow tickling the inside of my nose... you do feel her youth.... first sip.... you don't feel the cask strength much... but then the alcohol gets more and more powerful, the more the liquid lasts on your tongue... I taste blood orange... some hint of banana... but that's it... quite straight and not that complex... well, that's to be expected of a 6-year-old... the finish is also quite short.... some Mango and Papaya... oh, the mild sweetness gets stucked on my teeth... it is as if she wants to play hide-and-seek... interesting... all in all, not bad for my first Penderyn.
