Great ... I love it when the cork squeaks when it is opened and closed.

A bitter leather note greets me first. Nougat and some dried tobacco. I think this combination is awesome. I can tell that he wants a bit of air. Gets sweeter ...
With a little time in the glass, the sweetness comes through better. Brown sugar and raisins. Plus an oily constant. Something like walnut oil. Behind it hides a fresh, floral note. Cherries come through better. Lovage and clove spice. Some salty caramel and damp earth. With more air, a roasted nut aroma develops. I like it very much. Especially that kick of dirtiness. -
Strong, sweet - spicy start. Then immediately a slight chilli heat. Which brings a certain dryness. Ahh ... then it gets sweeter and creamier. Followed by more dark berries, which are more sour. The tart leather joins it. And bring the lovage again. Which looks a bit dried out. Juniper berries and a bit of asphalt steam in the background. With the second sip, I find the walnuts clearer. Which bring a certain bitterness. Dry pastries.

Medium length. First wanted to write briefly, but my colleague will be back. First sweet and pleasantly spicy. Then a slightly bitter espresso bitterness spreads. Then has something like dry block chocolate.
