The palate is delicious though, truly a stunner.
Very mineraly, noses like limestone and even notes of the ocean. An aroma of new make, very rare and no evidence of cask.
Not a Glen Elgin style I've had before..... an island version of Glen Elgin perhaps???
Honeyed and so juicy, sticky and sweet on first arrival. Peaches, nectarines, some touches of oranges. Very fruity and full. Grassy notes with plenty of freshness to behold.
Soft notes of rose petals and gentle oak aromas. Medium length but so soft and delicate.
