Colour: Straw gold.
Nose: Burnt orange, crusty loaf and sweet, buttery fudge.
Palate: Full-bodied, creamy vanilla and banana.
Finish: Porridge oats and white pepper.
In summary, it’s quite pale, young and fresh – not a great deal of cask influence. However, it’s really characterful and shows off the Ben Nevis spirit very well.
