N- Clean and polished top notes, lean pure honey meandering with dry cut grass, peppercorn and grain-y red winter wheat, reminded me of the luscious candy back notes of the excellent Gooderham and Worts. Bottled at 43%, stays relatively soft and timid. The calm nature befitted as intro dram for whisky beginner with no harm. (86/20)
P- Richly filled with delicious sweet malt extract, tasted so 'healthy' like a Horlicks. Shines with semi-juicy texture and red candy that goes well with overall bourbon cask offerings. (87/21)
F- Short, touch of dried plum, assam-boi, clean and crisp. (85/19)
B/B- 86/20 Direct and nice, perfect picnic dram with cube of ice, or a fancy Highball.
