????: slightly cloudy, golden,
????: rough, strong, intense, rough, slightly coarse sweetness, a bit of candy, lively, strangely tannic, uninteresting associations with Polish oak: /
????: strong, sweet, a bit like a chocolate bar, though not alcoholic, surprisingly! There is no tragedy, although the sweet is slightly tart, which is not pleasant to the end,
????: unfortunately a bit tart, barrel-like and short,
It is even ok when it stands, but unfortunately it bothers a lot, little pleasure from drinking ...
????: 3.5 / 10
Pleasant and distinct sweetness, compact and spicy at the same time. In addition, sweet nut cream, some chocolate and a fresh, spicy note of wood. This is followed by fresh, light fruit notes, plus a little honey.
Orange, caramel, spicy wood, pleasant sweetness
Pleasant, a bit flat, very slightly bumpy in places, somewhat slack, damp wood.
- Doesn't smell the way it looks or taste the way it smells - interesting experience. Overall tasty, but in the finish it cannot hide its youth.
- A great balance of distillate against cask.
Sweet stewed fruits, blackberries and honey on the nose. A little dusty. Some spice hiding right at the back of it - a hint of cinnamon perhaps.
Strawberry jam on the palate. Blackberries resurface. Some elegeance, sweet, floral notes. Hints of leather - but not in a sweaty feinty way - very pleasant.
Much more robust on the finish - earthy distillate coming through. Blackberries and leather stay with me through the finish. Very moreish.
A very obviously sherried blend - but the spirit isn't washed out by the wood. Clearly a delicate balancing act of first fill and refill sherry wood.
A great dram for £32 in the UK - probably cheaper abroad.
Fresh, young sherry notes, not overpowering. Honey, caramel then slightly tropical; mango; aquarel paint.
Fresh & floral, sweet mango syrup, fig, flowers and honey; long fruity taste; carrot.
Honey and citrus.
