No more bottle flippers needed if even official Whisky stockists participate in that ripp-off and try to sell this Whisky for double and tripple the RRP.

Enough other fine whiskies on the market to spend your money for.

Torabhaig, the second legal distillery on the Isle of Skye,
brings the "Inaugural Release" onto the market in February 2021. The first bottling of the "Legacy Series" 2017 is a peated single malt.

3600 bottles for the German market - RRP € 59.99

1200 bottles for the Swiss market - RRP 65.50 CHF

Calm down people, its £50 to be released globally on the 19th of February.

Serge gave 88, but don't raise the price already. Come on.

Not a bad whisky but nothing special, even hardly worth the the retail price, perhaps if it was cask strenght? Really pathetic those people who try to sell right away for double. Remember that for this retail price you can also have an Ardbeg Uigeadail...just saying.

Just bought a bottle at a local store of a well-known Dutch chain (sold out online) for 53.99 euro and opened it the minute I got home (hah!)
#daydrinking because what else can you during a pandemic ;)
#let's ban stores and individual sellers who double/triple the RRP from Whiskybase!

Pushes the line on how good a 3yo whisky can be for me! is a great dram at a great price point. This distillery has a bright future

As it is from Skye island, I was impatient to try this one. Fresh, smoky, fruity, finely peated, but not as complex as I would like, the finish is quite fast. The bottle is a bit pricy, I would suggest that buying it is more supporting the new distillery than getting an exceptional bottle.

Super tasty, soft and sharp edge. Good smoke much to discover. Islay but also some talisker and ardmore. Good start, this is promising.

A nice depth for a young whisky. Dark but also somewhat fruity

malt, freshness, fleeting smoke, some citrus fruits, some iodized seaweed
spices!! , it shows youth, then comes the clean peat, a little earthy, then cold ash quickly on citrus fruits (bright lemons with the juice!)
simple, short, on peppery spices, malt, flowers wet by spray, cold ashes.

a pleasure dram on this new distillery which releases a young product closer to an Islay in my opinion than a Talisker, a good product which does not hide its youth.
