    • Nose
Light smoke and passion fruit skin, soon turned into rubber and hay. Then starfruit appeared and strengthened, followed by loquats, plums, cloves and minerals. Mixed nuts cookies with white chocolate near the bottom rim of the glass. Also sweet and sour dried fig. Having starfruits is uncommon but the aromas were slightly thin.
    • Taste
It did taste like starfruit juice with yellow plum and some pineapples poured in shortly. Fruit tea with rich fruitiness, a tiny bit of smokiness at the top. Vanilla ice cream, butter cookies, minerals, a small bite of mint.
    • Finish
Starfruit got carried forward, I could even taste the core of it. Sweet and vegetal with hay, iced honey green tea, a bit of clove, charcoal and asphalt. Then minerals slowly emerged, together with some Autumn Crisp and smoked light coloured wood.

Far from what I had in mind, but very pleasant.
    • Nose
Spicy nose of orange blossom, chocolate, almonds. Then pineapple and mango with aeration.
    • Taste
What a bomb of fruit on the palate, mango and passion fruit. Banana cake and tangerine peel.
    • Finish
Super pleasant finish on tangy candy.

    Color: Pale gold, golden reflections

Nose: a rather greedy nose, a little Christmas spices, nuts, white chocolate. There is a little damp undergrowth, heather honey, a little pepper, to be confirmed with the mouth.

But this nose also hides a fruity side from us, which gradually appears with aeration.

Mouth: HOOOOO MY GOD! superb! not at all straight, very complex as it should be, nothing more so as not to take the lead either.

It starts with a feeling of freshness, then comes the spicy side, pepper, a zest of citrus fruits, lime in reality, then there is an explosion of fruit. Exotic fruits, ripe, not acidic, everything is perfect. it's a superb surprise because on the nose we don't really detect this fruity side. Here we have passion fruit, mango, a side as ARLEQUIN candy, which can be found in the Irish .....

Overall: Medium, even long, on exotic fruit.

Comments: We can recognize a superbly integrated alcohol. I have a little preference for this one, compared to the other Jura 30 PST. A great success.
