Tipperary Poitín is produced by Tipperary Boutique Distillery. Barley is grown and harvested on the Ballindoney farm. The farm lies in the heart of Ireland's famous Golden Vale which is renowned for the richness of its soil and purity of its water. With this water and their homegrown barley this wonderful poitín is distilled.
