After several attempts, I like him a lot.
It's a bit like a sawmill, where the wood is freshly cut and then someone comes over and covers the wood with beeswax.
Very fruity and sweet on the nose and on the palate then comes the full force. Citrus fruits and then wood, but the good wood. The alcohol is well integrated and reinforces the impression that it is a virgin oak. Just an idea. Afterwards, the alcohol takes one more time with you, but leaves space for this lovely honey and this really great woody taste.
I think it's great and for the price it's really a top whiskey.
Thanks to Brothers in Malt for this experience.
Woody. It smells like a sawmill. In addition, it is fruity and sweet.
Fresh cut boards covered with honey. In addition, a citrus note.
Long-lasting and there are notes of wood, honey and citrus notes.
