Tasted it in a hard lineup, after the event, and I have to say it's easily my favourite Glendronach so far.
The distillery character is clear as day even at this age, it has exquisite creaminess and the bourbon/sherry balance is unparalleled. The mastery of wood is akin to the best batches of TUN 1401, at least in my book. (Meaning what's vatting in case of the Balvenie, is finishing here.)
