It was certainly not a bad buy, but I wouldn't buy a second bottle either. The high number of points, as it is quite balanced overall and very pleasant to drink. For more points he would need more intense atromas and stronger accentuation for me.
Malty, dark fruity, slightly alcoholic smell.
For me, malt, caramel, maple syrup and plum dominate the taste. Pleasant spiciness, dark chocolate.
The finish is quite pleasant and long. It is very interesting that after a few seconds black cherries clearly emerge. Significant bitterness at the first drink, only pleasant woody spice at the second tasting.
