- So, I'll start here ...
Needs a little time and hand warmth.
Slightly fruity with apples, plums, a touch of confectionery (baking spices), some oak, spices. Aromatic and inviting.
fruity-spicy, spices, wood / oak, some barrel, delicately tart but remaining in balance and not becoming bitter.
At first a bit spicy and fruity, then a little bit tart with oak and spices, at the end an idea of sweet, fruity and spicy, a hint of nutty.
