A real sherry bomb!
On the nose: We find walnuts, hazelnuts and then chocolate with a fine winey side but which evaporates quite quickly; beautiful wood, a little hint of custard and deliciousness when opening. The predominant triptych remains nuts, chocolate and wood.
Taste: It's creamy again. it is always also well integrated in terms of alcohol. We have a kick of sweet spices, always chocolate and this time the visit of dried fruits.
The finish: Average and drying.
A great success that this Orkney.
