The alcohol is perfectly integrated. As soon as the warmth fades a little, the creamy sweetness is preserved and lingers for a long time with dark chocolate towards finish.

The finish is long lasting, intense, warming with creamy fruit, delicate nutty notes, slightly dry cocoa, spicy oak and a touch of tobacco leaves.

With water: More intense on the nose after the addition of a splash of water. The alcohol is more noticeable and prickles in the nose. It is accompanied by floral tones, dried fruit and distinct dark chocolate. The sweetness is lost a bit. Still strong on the palate and sweet with dried fruit and raisins. Less warming with a touch of spicy oak, cinnamon and nutmeg, followed by walnut notes, cocoa and tobacco leaves. The finish is still very long and slightly drier with spicy oak, walnut and tobacco notes.

Creamy copper shimmers majestically in the Premium Snifter, long and oily "legs" adorn the glass wall, a really fantastic sight. Sweet blackberries play with currants and raisins, slightly musty and rotten, dried oranges and minimally roasted hazelnuts come into their own. Sour cherries with a touch of fresh menthol, creamy semi-dark chocolate and spicy wooden elements, hints of leather and sweet tobacco, bewitching caramel and creamy toffee. The nose pulls out all the stops and knows how to please!

In the meantime the oily "legs" are lined up next to each other at a distance of a few millimeters on the glass wall, I have rarely seen such a spectacle! Incredibly intense and dark, the first sip flows over the tongue. Creamy vineyard peaches, dark sour cherries, raisins and dates, currants and blackberries, dark chocolate with a few drops of espresso, hints of furniture polish and rotten wood slowly stimulate the flow of saliva. Spicy wood tones stick dark and tart on the palate, the alcohol draws voluminously towards the stomach, oily and greasy hazelnuts come into their own, sweet caramel ends slightly tart in dark chocolate. Creamy and fruity sweetness flashes briefly with the second sip, then another flood of dark sherry aromas is warming through the mouth, a pinch of black pepper tickles the tip of the tongue and stimulates the flow of saliva again. Incredibly creamy and intense, the taste and aftertaste blur.

Minimal sharpness sticks between the tongue and the palate, sour cherries and raisins play with zest of dried oranges, hazelnuts and walnuts come into their own in a nutty and creamy way, remnants of leather and tobacco stick to the cheeks, milk chocolate melts in the palate while a hint of old mint and fresh menthol mixed with dark fruits.
