The Scottish Highlands stand for diversity in single malt whisky worldwide. The Tullibardine distillery is an up-and-coming distillery that Pat Hock supports as a brand ambassador in this country.

The independent bottler Pat Hock Whisky fills a single Oloroso Sherry Hogshead to 250 liters in natural cask strength, which was allowed to mature for 15 long years and finally resulted in 298 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Smell: Wintery with ripe plums, oranges and cloves, dark chocolate, aromatic oak.

Taste: Wonderfully harmonious, spicy notes with plums and oranges, chocolate with slightly bitter hints.

Finish: Long, balanced with fruits and spices, subliminal sweetness and dry oak notes in the finish.
