Colour: white wine
Appearance: slow, thin legs
Very citric, and a tad farmy: cow stable, moist peat, brine, sea water, ansjovies.
Full-bodied, rather round, but hot. There is already some vanilla, which softens the farmy smell of rotting plants, cow stable, moss. Further, brine, plaster and TCP. At the end, threre is some kick of chili pepper. Probably active oak, but it works fairly well.
Stays quite long, both citric and farmy peat. The pepper that comes along is a bit too much. Finally, soft vanilla.
