This PBS is quite pleasant - a little such sucking a pear drop or sniffing nail varnish remover. It will be interesting to see the interaction with the wood.

The smell of wet earth after a lightning storm - very elemental.

Taste

A very clean tasting spirit with a taste of pear drops - some sweetness, but a slight tang.
