Apple, vanilla, honey, pineapple, light smoked smoke, leather, caramel, panettone, icing sugar crust on a fresh bun. In ISO there is not much alcohol, but it reduces the smoke.
With vanilla water, light leather, nothing woody or peaty, fresh red fruits. With vanilla ice, leather and caramel.
Less sweet on the palate, it has the pungency and dryness of a light smoky single malt, but I wouldn't call it peat. With water I don't know if it's my impression, but the Talisker gave their faces with a saline touch; but we definitely have no peat.
With salted ice, vanilla, leather, malt, dry and alcohol free. I don't think it would please the blend drinker with ice, and I prefer it without ice.
Medium to short vanilla and leather.
