First, a large portion of alcohol in the nose.
After this has evaporated, the grain tones briefly emerge with muesli and some fresh bread.
But then the sticky, sweet and dark fruity aromas of the PX sherry slide quickly and vehemently. Dates and plums in sugar syrup. -
Creamy consistency. The alcohol is well integrated. The grain aromas almost completely disappear in the taste. For this, the fruit flavors take over the command. Dried dates and plums in sugar syrup.
The muesli flashes briefly on the palate -
Warming. Sweet and fruity. Lots of sherry.
