- It has a relatively oily viscosity and its bouquet is of relatively strong intensity. I have aromas of spicy oak, red fruits and sulfur. Not very complex. A good balance between sweetness and dryness in terms of taste. The alcohol is relatively well integrated and has a relatively heavy body.
- I smell something mega spicy like Maggi. I also briefly thought of distant sulfur. Is always difficult with me.
But then it gets sweet and goes in the direction of wine, shortbread and cooked fruit.
Taste comes through again at the beginning with the spicy. It's sweet again, but super dry. The wort then comes through again.
The whole thing will get better after the second sip. Something grassy and herbaceous comes through.
But it actually becomes more beautiful after every sip!
