It's on the friendly side of sherry finishes, with room for the citric spirit to stay on board. Apart from that, expect dried fruit, mocha/capuccino and spice.
The (citric) fruity spirit is complemented by the finish to yield a nose that is at the friendly side of oxidative sherry-matured whiskies. There is plenty of orange (zest, marmelade, cake), mocha, medjoul date, and just a bit of almond and earth.
Medium-bodied, quite sweet with just that little acidity that gives balance. Again, a good combination of creamy, citric and dried fruit. Vanilla, apricot, orange marmelade, marzipan, prune, cappucino and dunnage.
Relatively long, with great balance between sweet and acidity (which adds to the lingering experience). Sweet spices, prune, treacle, cappucino and still orange cake.
