    Certainly nothing special.
    • Nose
      70 70
Artificial sweetness, gummy bears, some reminiscence to cheap energy drinks, a weak hint of coffee.
    • Taste
      74 74
Immediately somewhat sour and bitter, then wood spices come through. A little bit of dried fruits.
    • Finish
      76 76
Fairly short-lived. Mostly woody spices to end.

Great potential for Bimber, but still needs some maturation.
It needs time to breath before drinking in my oppion.
I get lots of delicious vanilla and sugar following into spices.

Really uninteresting whisky, I have a hard time understanding what the rave around this distillery is about. Very young expression with nothing to offer priced insanely high.

Unbelievably light, almost non-existing. Very vague hints of spicy oak, toffee, super light vanilla. A bit of yellow flowers, hint of varnish but actually more like vodka. Wow. Vaguest note of honeysuckle.
    • Taste
      74 74
Very light, little bit of alcohol bite and burn on the lips, then a heavy dose of refined white sugar sweetness, and oaky bitterness, wood spices. Very light vanilla notes, freshly cut grass, juicy bitterness. Sweetness going down, bitterness going up. Really young stuff, coarse and undeveloped. Second chew brings a little bit of spicy maple syrup, waffles, toffee, a bit of cinnamon. Third chew doesn't bring much new, maybe a little toasted wood, very light walnut, otherwise dry on the palate.
    • Finish
      73 73
Very light smoke, very light ginger, sweetness has gone down, so has the bitterness, dry notes have taken over, bark and dry cinnamon lingers. After a moment the bitter notes come back also.
