Brief impression:
Nose: intense and full-bodied red fruit. Both fresh and in compote form. Toasted notes. Fine spicy. Elegant vanilla. Candy cane from the fair. Pleasantly malty.
Mouth: At first, initially youthful and a little bit bubbly. Then it becomes tart and fruity. Fine wood flavor. In the back I have an appetizing association of chocolate pudding.
Finish: Well-fitting peppery warmth. Nice enamel. Again the fine vanilla. Becomes creamy on the tongue. Red fruit. Panna cotta.
Overall impression: In spite of his young age, he already seems well integrated and in no way heated or metallic to me. It scores with elegant vanilla notes, expressive fruit and an overall very balanced and rounded impression. Sometimes not even charged; Nevertheless, the "Sherry" barrels are well present and integrated. A fine thing!
