Prepared by the Union Brewery, the wort comes from Scottish barley malt dried over a peat fire.
60 ppm heavy peated malt was used.
The wort is then fermented in a controlled manner and very cleanly distilled in our distillery.
The result is a fine, clean grain brandy with pronounced smoky notes that can be drunk immediately.
