On the nose initially ripe fruit, plums, peaches, cherries, then a little mineral peat just hinted at, very discreet, raisins in abundance followed by white chocolate, perfectly integrated alcohol, you can dip your nose into the glass barely perceiving it, in the end they come out cereals (raisin sandwich), a pinch of nutmeg. In the long run, the scent of peat (always very light) turns to smoky, very delicate and elegant notes. With water, peat and fruit disappears, raisins decrease and the scent becomes "darker", turning to dark chocolate, tobacco and cereal (raisin sandwich).

On the palate it is fresh, almost mentholated, fruity and spicy, the peat is not felt, sweetness just hinted at. With water it becomes even fresher and more balsamic, increases the sweetness (icing sugar) and alpine herbs sprout instead of mint.

Nice fresh and mentholated finish (field mint), long, with hints of spice.
