A typical Caol ila nose - peat, smoked meat and sherry. The alcohol vapors at 59.9% rise and beautifully transport the subtle sherry notes and the pleasant smoke.

Fairly well balanced. On the tongue are subtle notes of sherry with chocolate raisins, dates, plums combined with smoke and tobacco - delicious.
