Distilled in March 2015 and bottled in August 2020. The raw material for our highly aromatic Elbe-Valley whisky - red wine - is a non-peated barley malt mixture.
It was stored in barrels of the SPÄTBURGUNDER wine from the winemaker Manuel Wild from Gengenbach. It is the "first fill" with our distillates in freshly emptied barrels.
Smell: ripe grape, vanilla, nut and citrus
Taste: At the beginning a strong suit on the tongue, which has disappeared in the second sip. Then sweet, fruity and full-bodied.
Finish: Medium long with mild sweetness
