Nose on citrus: orange, clementine, precious wood, it's very fresh. On the palate still citrus, it is very fresh, it can be drunk dangerously quickly. The finish is on cocoa and wood, it's very good

A sherry at odds with the usual sherry-bombs: it is delicate, balanced and complex, all with a very present and too unusual freshness!
    • Nose
Very light, on caramel, some leather, red fruits (raspberry, strawberry) and a big freshness with a nice dose of menthol, eucalyptus and citrus flesh (orange and fresh lemon). We then start with brown sugar, plum and a drizzle of flower honey, with an egg flan and a side of cake (clafoutis). We finish with very ripe apple with orange blossom, some spices (cinnamon biscuit, cloves, green pepper, cumin) and a rather pleasant "riverside" side.
    • Taste
We find freshness, caramel, brown sugar, plum clafoutis and a wave of spices (the same as on the nose, with the pepper and cloves more present than on the nose, to the detriment of the cinnamon) in first part of the palate, then we land on baked apple with orange jam, a little redcurrant and acacia honey. We stay on something very fine, a silky texture with melted aromas (which arrive in one block) and yet very heterogeneous (distinct from each other).
    • Finish
Average in the continuity of the mouth with a long persistence of spices, plum clafoutis, baked apple and honey.

On the nose we are clearly on Sherry yes, but with finesse. An air of local antique dealer, wood, dust. Nice presence of fruit, more towards citrus, it brings freshness to this whole blend
In the mouth, still this wood, less dusty, rather spicy now, presence of citrus fruits, freshness.
In the end .... Gluttony! Texture but above all always this wood which will have accompanied us throughout.

A clearly sherry whiskey, but well accompanied by the fruitiness that keeps its place thanks to a beautiful finesse. Everything is coherent, everything is in its place without being crushed, it is a little "each one in turn and one mixes" in this dram
