This could very well be a Ben Nevis. Geographically and from the distillery character.
Color: Bright Yellow

Very fresh nose. Fresh cut grass, limes, vanilla, green apples, but also mineralic, and in the background salt.
The nose is very interesting but you also get the feeling this is definitely not the oldest whisky. -
Vanilla, pineapples, citric, grassy, oaky, quite salty.

Very smooth and medium long, again vanilla and a light oak note dominate, these are followed by citrus fruits, ripe apricots, pineapples, followed by white pepper, minerals and salt.
